📞Call Me Feature

This page only applies for web affiliates users or brokers on lender status system

Most lenders have the ability to call either the client or the broker.

If you want a lender to call you (instead of your client directly), you can use the Call Me feature.

You can set the default behaviour for new leads in your preferences.

You also have the option to turn on or off Call Me on a lead level.

Limitations:

Not all lenders have the ability to call the broker. Why? Because their API only supports client contact details.

Here's a current list of lenders in Australia that will not be able to call you.

• Moula

Important: When using the "Call Me" feature with SHIFT you may receive less status updates via the Lend Platform, and commission payments may be paid by SHIFT to you (or your aggregator).
