Credit Reports with Equifax and CreditorWatch

Lend now offers the following report types:

• Equifax Company Scored Enquiry - for companies (entities with an ACN)

• Equifax Commercial Apply with Consumer - for individuals (directors, sole traders, partners, trustee individuals, etc.)

• CreditorWatch Credit Report - for any entity with an ABN

Requesting a Credit Report

To run a credit report, navigate to the Credit Reports section within an application, ensuring you have completed all relevant fields in the application.

If you haven't entered all the relevant fields or are missing consent, you will be prompted as appropriate.

Note: Equifax Commercial Apply with Consumer report also requires Applicant Consent.

You can capture consent in two ways:

• Through the Ask Applicant request function (in the Summary or View/Edit sections of an application)

• Through the Privacy Form section (in the Summary section of an application)

• Once all fields are complete and consent declaration is given (where applicable), Credit Reports can be retrieved by clicking the Get Report button

• Depending on the report type, you may or not be able to retrieve an enriched report

• An enriched report includes the latest ASIC extract. Read more about ASIC extracts

• Confirm the total price and select the Get Credit File button. This may take a few minutes depending on the selected Credit Report.

• Once the report is retrieved, you can view the report by clicking on the Entity name or anywhere in the row

Attach the document to a lead

• Save the document

• Upload the Credit Report to the Documentation section of the application if you wish to send the signed Privacy Form to the relevant Lender
