Send Method

Choosing a Send Method

Each template in Lend Sign requires a specific Send Method. You can choose between:

  • Multiple Documents: Send one unique document per recipient.

  • Single Document: All recipients sign the same shared document.

Send Methods Explained

Multiple Documents

This option sends an individual document to each recipient. If you’re sending to multiple people, each person will receive a unique email or SMS with a link to their own version of the document. The signing area in each document will only include details specific to that recipient, and you will receive a signed document back from each individual.

Single Document

In this method, all recipients sign the same document. This approach is ideal when you need everyone to review and sign a single shared version, ensuring everyone’s signatures appear on one final document.
