Template Uses
The Lend Signature Service can be applied in four different flows within the Lend Platform, each with distinct template βUsesβ to ensure the correct documents are assigned for the intended purpose:
Consumer Flow For brokers offering Consumer Finance, the Consumer flow involves four specific template uses for the Credit Guide & Quote and Privacy page and address requirements under the NCCP Act, including ACL, ACR, BID, and Non-BID variations. These are:

Credit Guide/Quote & Privacy ACR BID
ACL (Australian Credit Licence) templates are for brokers holding an Australian Credit Licence. ACR (Australian Credit Representative) templates apply to Credit Representatives. BID versions are used for brokers under the Best Interest Duty requirements of the NCCP Act. Non Sign Preliminary Assessment For brokers that want to make their own Preliminary Assessment. Does not need a signature. Use:
Non Sign Credit Guide & PrivacyCredit Proposal For brokers offering Consumer Finance, you can also customise your Credit Proposal, and use our conditional block for ACL, ACR, BID, and Non-BID variations. Use:Credit ProposalCommercial Flow: Privacy This use is for sending a privacy for commercial leads. Use:
Commercial PrivacyAd-hoc Document Flow For standalone documents that do not fall under our Consumer and Commercial privacy flows, you can use this option for one-off or ad-hoc document signing needs. Use:
Ad-hocNon Sign Credit Guide & Privacy For brokers that are not charging fees and only need to send a credit guide & privacy and do not need a signature. This is not our standard consumer flow. Use:
Non Sign Credit Guide & Privacy
Default Templates Lend provides default templates for both Consumer and Commercial flows, which will be used until you create and publish your own customised versions.
Important: Each template must be assigned to at least one Template Use to ensure the correct document is generated for each specific use.
