Creating and Editing Templates
When you create a new template, you can start with one of our public templates, which can then be customised. After selecting a public template, it will be copied to your account, allowing you to make edits as needed. Use the Preview feature to review your template and ensure it's ready before replacing any currently published template.
Publishing Your Template
Once you’re satisfied with your edits, click Publish to make your customised template active for the specified purpose, or “Use.” This published template will replace the current published template for the specified Use. If it’s your first publish it will replace the Lend default template.
Lend default templates cover essential documents, including the Consumer Credit Guide & Quote and Privacy flow, as well as the Commercial Privacy flow. These templates are applied automatically until you publish your own customised versions.
