How to build a Lead Form
A lead form is a tool that collects contact information from potential customers such as their name, email, phone number & questions about their business.
You can use the Lead Forms within our CRM platform to identify, engage and build relationships with prospective clients, helping to nurture them into becoming lifelong partners of your business.

To get to the Lead Forms page you'll need to log into our CRM platform, head down to the bottom left to Manage > Lead Forms.

This will take you to the Lead Form Builder page, where you can create a tailored lead form for commercial applications, consumer applications, or both. The only mandatory fields are those that appear greyed out - everything else is fully customisable and can be reordered to suit your preferences.

Once you scroll further down, you've got the ability of getting the client to submit after the completion of questions OR you also have the ability of asking the client to provide additional documents such as a driver license front / back & 6 months of Bank Statements (see below example image for reference);

The last section of the page is quite important. You have got the Options button on the right, where you can select which brokers receive leads from these forms & can set a campaign, we always recommend to set a campaign (name of dealership / type of lead form / business cards etc) for each lead form you generate so you can identify where the lead has arrived from & can help with your reporting.
The next section is Branding, you've got the ability of matching the colours of the lead form to match your website, logo etc.. for reference:
Branding is the Progress Bar at top of the application Lead Form
Text Colour is the colour of the text for the questions
Control is the colour of the text around the questions (ie how much you are looking to borrow etc).

Our broker network uses this first as a call to action button 'Click here to apply for finance' OR have this link generated through a QR code generator, brokers on our platform use the QR code for Car Dealerships they've partnered up with OR have a QR code on the back of their business cards if they're doing the rounds in a business park for new potential clients.
Generated Embed Code (iframe):
An iframe code is an HTML element that allows you to embed content from another website such as Lend directly on your website.
