Why can't I change the status of the deal to funded?
Updating the status to funded in Lend.
Updating the status to funded in Lend. Once you get to the Lenders and Pricing section of your application, you need to make sure sure that you've told our platform that you've submitted an application for approval / funding. This can be done by using the Lender Match or creating an Off Panel Product. See both examples below, first is if the Lender Match is being used in this scenario.

You will need to select a proposed product, once you click on the product > click on Select Product

This will bring the selected product to the top of the Lenders & Pricing section.

Next step is to hit the button Enter in Lenders Portal > this will tell our CRM system that this application has been submitted to a funder.
The images shown in the example below are for if the deal has been submitted as an Off Panel Product.

Head to the top left of the Lenders and Pricing page > Go Off Panel.

Enter details about this particular funder, Lender Name, Product Name, Commission, Establishment Fee, Amount etc.. then click Create.

Open up the selected product > Mark as Submitted.

You can now move the status from Conditionally Approved to Funded.
The system will ask you to confirm settled amount & commission achieved in a pop up.

The Lend system will open up the Settlement Details section, in this section you can update / amend any details about the funded application (funded amount, comission, contract numbers, base rate etc...)
