Lender related status updates

Lend allows its users to send deals via API to lenders with whom we have an API connection established with.

When you send a deal via API to a lenders system, the lender will then send status updates back to your Lend account whilst the deal progresses with them internally. They will also provide our system with the relevant decline status if they can not assist the client. If you receive a decline status update, please contact the lender to get more information.

If by chance you receive an error message when trying to submit via API, it is more than likely the case that this lender has auto-declined the deal as they have recieved an enquiry for this applicant within 3 months.

In some instances, you may receive an error message if there's an error in the API connection. If this is the case please reach out to your Lend RM with the relevant lead information and a copy of the error message.
