Bizcap August Broker Bonus Incentive

T&Cs: Bonuses will be paid in the third week of September 2025. VBIs are calculated based on new, unique, customers introduced to Bizcap via the referral partner. Deals that default within 30 days are not eligible for VBI. This bonus is paid in addition to standard commissions but cannot be combined with other promotions. Maximum paid on VBI is 3%.

Term Loan Considerations: Bonus calculation excludes C deals, non-standard pricing or a bespoke early pay (EP) discount arrangement.

Line of Credit (LOC) Considerations: Eligible for deals at 1.37% or above and on standard pricing. LOCs count toward Unit-Based VBIs only once the facility is utilised, meaning the customer must draw down at least 10% of the facility before the 10th of the following month after the establishment of the facility. For example, if the facility is established in August and 10% or more is drawn down by September 9th, it will count toward August’s bonus calculation. The VBI is then paid on the full facility limit.

For Dollar-Based VBIs, the LOC counts based on its establishment date and facility amount. If 10% of the facility is drawn, the bonus is paid on 50% of the facility limit. If 25% or more is drawn, the bonus is paid on the full facility limit
